Born from one frustrating renovation
Home Modern Hub began the way many good ideas do: with a bad experience. Our founders watched a relative's remodel stall for months as five separate contractors blamed one another, and decided that homeowners deserved a better model - one team, one plan, one accountable point of contact.
Today we bring designers, skilled trades, and project managers together under a single roof. Whether the job is a fresh coat and new curtains or a roof, solar array, and remodeled bath, the standard is the same: listen first, plan clearly, build carefully, and stand behind the work in writing.
We are proudly local. Our office at 1043 Taylor Ave, Alameda sits minutes from many of the homes we serve, which means fast visits, fast answers, and neighbors we are glad to bump into at the grocery store.
